some of What we provide
Marketing
We have a full-time dedicated marketer on our team who’s main responsibility is to keep a steady stream of warm leads flowing to our agents. We are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to stay ahead of the game and believe in a diverse set of channels to ensure longevity.
We are at the point where our marketing efforts have created more leads than we can handle and we plan to continue to double down on marketing and branding our team and its individuals.
Lead qualification
We understand the importance of qualifying leads and want to provide our agents with warm and hot leads only, thats why we have an in house ISA (inside sales agent) that feilds calls, qualifys leads, runs follow up campaings, and hands off qualified leads that are ready to buy or sell!
transaction support
Our administration staff will provide back-office support with communication and paperwork every step of the way. Some of the back office responsibilities include:
Transaction management
Writing up contracts
Prep showing booklets
Set up IDX & MLS searches
Provide ‘on the go’ support
Assitence with follow up and general communications
Coaching
Our lead Realtor Robert has 8 years of experience and will provide One on One work to help you with scripts, dialogs, and best practices within every step of the real estate transaction.
Our expectations of you
When direct tasks are assigned they happen within the appropriate timeline
Attendance of the weekly meetings
Clients and team commitments need to be held
Receptive to feedback, coaching, and guidance – with improvement down the line
Maintains a high level of communication in all facets
Conducts themselves in a professional manner
Minimum of 8 hours of dedicated follow up time a week:
Dedicated time to make sure relationships are kept up with
Optional cold calling and lead gen activities if you desire to do so
